Origins of Blog of Drew

Last year, one morning, I sat my manager down and told them that I was resigning. 10 minutes later, I booked a flight to South America. Two weeks later, I was on a plane heading there.

It has been a dream of mine to experience South American culture and pursue fluency in Spanish (currently level B2). That trip led to me reading and writing a lot. This blog began as an extension of some of those thoughts.

After 3.5 months overseas, I’m now back in my homeland.

I’m still reading and writing a good amount so I suppose this blog will continue. My intention is to write about whatever I find interesting or insightful.
